Of course. Our control panel lets you set up your email accounts and add your old account details, and it syncs everything over for you. Job done.

Or even easier, send us a list of your accounts, settings and passwords, and we'll set them up and sync them for you. Done right, you won't lose a single email.

Yes. It keeps your site running well and uses fewer resources on our servers, so it's good for both of us.

Take a year's hosting with our free WP migration and we include a WP health check and tune at no charge:

• checking all plugins are up to date
• making sure you're on the newest PHP version your site can handle
• configuring PHP with the right extensions, memory and upload settings
• installing and setting up Wordfence security, if you don't already have a good security plugin
• installing and setting up a performance plugin such as WP Rocket
• reviewing your setup and recommending anything else for speed and security

Not eligible, or already had one? We can do a one-off or regular health check and tune. It's typically $155 + GST, depending on the work needed.

Your hosting is set up as soon as your order is paid.

If we're moving your WordPress site or email for you, it's usually done within one working day of getting everything we need from you. We can do it as soon as possible, or at a time that suits you.

Email: no. We sync your email automatically, with no lost messages and no downtime.

Websites: a normal content site has no downtime at all. A dynamic site, like an online shop, needs a bit more planning so orders don't land on the old server and the new one at the same time. We keep that to an absolute minimum, and we do the planning for you.

Support is what we do best. Email, phone or support ticket, your choice.

It's all provided here in New Zealand by people who know the technical side but explain it simply. No long words, and a can-do attitude.

Your yearly hosting fee includes all the support you need for your domain, website and email hosting (and then some, knowing us). Just remember we're a hosting company, not a computer repair shop, and building or maintaining sites isn't part of the included support.

Sadly not. Those are closed platforms that can only be hosted by the companies that make them.

We can still look after your domain, DNS and email, just not the website itself.
